The ICTC Program is a Federal Project Designed to Foster Productive U.S.-Korea ICT Partnerships.
The mission of the ICTC Program is to enhance the global capacity of small-to-medium sized Korean information and communication technology (ICT) enterprises by fostering  pathways for productive business development. There are a number of Korean small and medium-sized enterprises (SME) with robust technology that is readily deployable to the global marketplace. The goal of the ICTC Program is to support these companies by fostering international partnerships that serve as a platform for global market entry. The ICTC project is a federal program commissioned by the Korean Ministry of Science and ICT (MSIT) and implemented by the Institute for Information & Communications Technology Promotion (IITP), Electronics and Telecommunications Research Institute (ETRI) and the Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology (KAIST).

We connect 50+ ICT (Information and Communications Technology) companies.

Our mission is to help software producers and qualified small and mid-sized ICT organizations grow their business abroad. Each ICTC hub is staffed with industry professionals, including lawyers, researchers, consultants and real estate agents, who provide expertise on corporate strategy, technological fit and promotional plans in order to foster the establishment of successful U.S. partnerships. After a comprehensive analysis and dialogue with each company, we partner them with the most suitable U.S. partners for their business.

Become a partner

Our partners play a fundamental role in our business model. They assist us in analyzing the potential of our participants, proposing new strategies for them, pairing them with R&D or sales channel partners, and sometimes engage in joint research or partnerships themselves.
